Recruiting text message terms and privacy

Shuvel LLC (d/b/a Giftem) sends recruiting text messages about job opportunities, interviews and the hiring process on behalf of the recruiters and hiring companies that use Giftem. The first text in every conversation starts with "Shuvel LLC" and ends with "Reply STOP to opt out."

You only receive these texts after you agree to them, for example by checking the box on an opt-in page. Agreeing is never a condition of applying for or getting any job.

Message frequency varies with your conversations with the recruiter. Message and data rates may apply, according to your mobile plan.

Reply STOP to any text to stop receiving them. You will get one confirmation and then no more texts from that number. Reply START to receive texts again.

Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

We use your mobile number only to send the recruiting texts you agreed to and to keep a record of your consent and opt-outs.

Mobile information will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.

We keep a record of when and how you agreed or opted out, including the wording you saw, so we can honor your choice.
