6) Don't use generic phrases
Avoid using generic phrases such as "marketing manager needed" and instead opt for something more specific and interesting such as "Are you our next viral marketing sensation?" Instead of the generic “job opening” or “position available” try to highlight what makes the role unique or exciting. For example, you could use a headline like “Help us change the world!” or “Be a part of something special”.
7) Use positive language
